SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to receive my product?

Generally, it takes about 3-5 business days for packing and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US and Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries and delivery time is around 2-3 weeks due to pandemic.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
